Royalty fees must be paid (if a recording contract is generated which includes our song, or songs), to the songwriter, publisher and producer upon income generated from sales of our song, or songs.

 

You can not claim ownership of our song, or songs.

 

You may make only minor changes to the lyrics, melody line or background vocals.

 

You may not permit any other individual or third party the right to use the represented tracks, or sell, trade or exploit for profit the represented tracks contained herein outright or as part of another music and/or audio related audio collection in part or in whole to any other individual party.

 

You may not grant synchronization right to the licensed song, or songs in part or in whole to any other third party without prior approval from Original Songs Hub when using the underlying composition collectively as (Track).

 

Licensee (you) shall not use, exploit or any way attempt to obtain any benefit from the song and tracks except in strict accordance with the terms of this agreement.

 

The Territory of this agreement is the world.

 

The licensee (you) shall abide by all copyright notices, information and restrictions applicable to any songs and tracks and the materials or otherwise published by the lessor.

 

The licensee (you) will agree to pay any additional payments to the songwriters and publishers of the songs and tracks for any performances rights as negotiated according to terms of any performance rights society (ASCAP, BMI, SECAC etc.) that may request such payment.

 

You as a singer, are only purchasing the non exclusive right to use the fully mastered track, or tracks to put your vocals on and promote yourself as an artist.  As in any case the songwriter remains the composer who still owns the song itself. You simply give the songwriter credit.

 

The quality of the MP3 you may receive is not considered good enough for commercial release and could be used for a demo, video or live performances, as well as social media platforms.

 

If you receive a WAV file, it is considered acceptable for commercial purposes.

 

No Stems are available for purchase except if agreed to by the songwriter at an additional cost.

 

All songs will be sent to you in the originally recorded key.  No changes will be made to the key.

 

Songs purchased will not be exclusive to you.
